Her job involves a bit of everything. She'll help you with course bookings, make sure you get your study materials, and answer any questions you have about how our courses work. If you're not sure about something, Susan is the person to ask. She's great at finding answers and sorting out problems quickly.

Susan brings years of solid administrative experience to our team. Before joining us, she managed the office for a busy local solicitor in Wigston and even spent time coordinating schedules for a care agency in Loughborough. She knows how to keep things organised and on track.

She's got a real knack for clear communication. Susan makes sure all our student information is accurate and easy to understand. No confusing forms or hidden details, just straightforward help.
